Whole food vs. Crap food. Great. what are they serving at school?!

Food. mmm yummy. At the mere thought of food, I can think of 100’s of things I love to eat. about 4 are whole food. no wonder I’m getting fat again. However, at the same time I’m being really conscious about what my children and my family eats. Meat, Veggies, 1 Carb, 1 Dairy. Calcium, probiotics, and multivitamin supplements. I’ve also noticed 2 interesting comments about food being consumed as a society. At school, they feed the children the equivalent of fast food (because of budget? time? I don’t know why it’s crap). So I thought I’d share them.
